The most simple solution is often true, him being dead. No one benefits from his death, but nulls reputation is negatively impacted by it. And reminder that in spite of peoples misconceptions birth and death certificates do not have to be made public due to the family having a right to privacy. Imagine you're in a position where your friend killed himself and you've seen people target others just for being friends.
Why would you then signal to everyone: "I was friend's with this person."?
And then further why would you give anything to the group that killed your friend? Sure it might not be rational, but if I was placed in a position where I'd have repeatedly state over, and over, and over again that a loved one is dead yeah I think I wouldn't bother either.

IIRC that's literally what Terry Davis's family did. They did post some proper conclusive evidence of his death. Someone in here mentioned that Byuu's family members are all dead.

As far as the doxxing is concerned I'm not so sure if Kiwifarms as a whole is really responsible for that. As we all know, Byuu's thread had 13 pages before the suicide drama and was confirmed to be a personal army request. My theory is that it was either an inside job from Byuu's friend group (CIA Nigger mentioned that those techie furry circles can be really toxic) or that CIA Nigger did it because Byuu didn't want to forgive him.

And CIA Nigger is the known variable that is most likely to know that information, due to hanging out in those same circles Byuu hanged out in (they literally knew each other!). He already did a personal army request on Kiwifarms against Byuu and it's likely he did it on 4chan as well to cure his ego damaged by HIS thread on Kiwifarms which is arguably much more negative than Byuu's is overall.

For context, around mid 2021 one user on kiwifarms changed his username to "Byuu" and the pfp to Byuu's fursona. The ident thing below the username was set to they/them. People were seriously believing this was really Byuu and others were impressed that the joke was still getting mileage even months later.

It's been 3 years almost since then.

I don't even think we have a birth certificate for David Kirk Grinder, so I don't even know if the state he was born in is public knowledge as its not mentioned on any article about him. It may or may not be Ohio but no article about him mentions a birthplace besides the usa which doesn't narrow it down. This pretty much supports that birth and death certificates are not always publicly available even if they are public record.

Also something of note, in Ohio apparently anyone can get copies as long as you have money, it has been a certain amount of time and you already know the information on it. Catch 22, you need to know whats on it already to find out whats on it. Birth certificates are moved from medical to archives after 125 years and death certificates are 50 years. So by the time they are in public archives in that state (assuming they even are) it will be irrelevant. This is probably by design.

This isn't even getting into the cross country mess of jurisdictions and bureaucracy. You have to jump through a lot of legal and financial hoops dealing with that. Any misfiling of paperwork means starting the intentionally complex process over too assuming you're even going to qualify.
