If Lidl is a separate person she's pretty much confirmed to be obese, right? I can't imagine wanting to be with an obese man as a healthy weight person, or atleast not doing anything to help them not be obese anymore. Surely if she was average weight Null would have followed suit eventually. Either they aren't together or she's a fatass in the same boat as Null.
