The first post was funny but it quickly outstayed it’s welcome.
I am trying to come up with a precise definition of a lolcow because this term is being overused on KF.
A lolcow is someone who is unintentionally funny. That is it, It’s not complicated or worth any thought.
That definition excludes >90% of alledged 'lolcows' on KF.
Can we make a rule that anything @Kengle considers a lolcow is automatically not a lolcow? (ie, Mainstream Celebrity’s, African Dictators, Countries)

You may say: A lolcow is someone who can be milked for shits and giggles. However that definition also falls short. Take a look at the Twitter drama between India and Pakistan. It isn't a far stretch to assume they are trolling each other for shits and giggles.
"Lolcows can't be celebrities". I thought this was a cardinal principle. So why does Kayne West have a thread?
