He also had a billion alt accounts all connected to Gmail made with VPN and stuff so never got caught. He moved onto Facebook discord mewe and reddit when Google plus shut down. The real reason it shut down is they couldn't stop CP spammers so they gave up trying to compete with Facebook and Twitter because if they got too popular everyone would know the great and powerful Google couldn't handle some pedophiles with VPNs on their own platform and tools.
