That's hilarious actually, because Null is presenting himself as white-knighting for Rumble here, but Null himself IS the liability. If Null wants to warn ISPs about liabilities, all he need do is present his forum to them.
Null, stop expecting hapless ISPs to host your "fair use criticism anti-LGBT porn uploads". Stop wasting everyone's money in court and go find an ISP that's OK with both porn and your anti-LGBT crusade where you and your users are cross-posting all that porn to fight the LGBT.
I know it's a stretch but there has to be at least one ISP out there that's OK with hosting both. You said you were gonna create "public networks" when you got back to the US, so why not start such an ISP yourself? That way you can make money from LGBT porn and denounce it at the same time. It's win-win situation, if you think about it this way.
Hell, with all that money you've made from the crowdfunder you can buy a satellite to beam your "fair use anti-LGBT porn reviews" into space, as this Kiwi helpfully suggested:

Talia, which is a Tier1 has parted ways with Path. Path was the first ISP to drop the KF, way back when we were hosted in Nevada, our DDoS mitigator was Path. Which I did not know at the time but Path employs Corey Barnhill, the pedophile "Zoom" in IBS, as their chief operating officer. And when Corey heard that the KF were using Path for DDoS mitigation, they blocked our ASNs. We did not have DDoS protection, which caused a lot of downtime for the KF. They loudly and proudly, during #DKF, went onto Twitter to advertise themselves as the first ISP, even a year before Zayo, to drop the KF. They're very happy about this.
Now, they[Path] have been dropped by Talia, because they haven't paid a single bill. Path is going bankrupt, in all of its locations. They're not paying data centers, they're not paying ISPs, they're paying nobody. So they're being kicked out, they're being evicted. And I think they have one existing connection right now, and that's Equinix. And the nanosecond they stop paying Equinix, they will be kicked out. Oh, and they're being sued, BTW, for non-payment in Canada - or this might be in the US... yeah, this is in Arizona. [...].
So, this is actually a bigger deal than it may look, because Rumble uses Path for DDoS mitigation. I have repeatedly tried to contact the Rumble development team, the Rumble Head of Product on Twitter, via e-mail, I have never gotten a reply. I told them it is important, a danger, a crucial danger situation, that they are using a bankrupt company, used by skids [script kiddies?] and pedophiles, to run their DDoS mitigation. Because they not only use them for Application Layer DDoS Mitigation, they use them for Man-in-the-Middle/Layer 7 Mitigation. Which means that when they're being attacked, they switch their routes over to go through Path. Path has computers that actually terminate the SSL, read the raw data being passed through the server, and then act on that data to determine if it is a DDoS attack request, or if it is a legitimate request. That means that when an attack is happening and they [Rumble] are using Path, every single thing sent and received to the Rumble servers are being read by a company of known blackhat hackers and a current pedophile that is currently insolvent. I repeatedly told them, this is a fucking liability, and they do not respond. They do not respond. Like, I don't know how many more warning signs... it's insolvent. Kicked out for non-payment. Kicked out of a data-center for non-payment. Being sued for non-payment. Ran by fucking retards. And, in fact, I wanna say that in this [Path lolsuit shown on screen], it's Augustus Heart, that's fucking Zoom. I've already explained what "Project Exodus" was here:
To recap, Null claimed to have been working on a CP recognition program called "Project Exodus" in 2015-2016. On the website he made about this software project, Null claimed that he was going to use large amounts of CP (we can only guess where he got those from...), that he had apparently assembled and stored for this purpose, to generate fingerprints of those CP images, that he was going to store in a database and make available together with the software. He also claimed he was going to obtain new fingerprints (of new CP images) from "trusted sources", whatever that means. He said he was going to offer the option of using the software without actually downloading the database of fingerprints, for those who were reluctant to download such a database.
AFAICT, neither the CP recognition software itself or the fingerprint database ever materialized... which leads us to question, what did Null do with all the CP he had apparently saved up for Project Exodus? Did he delete it, since he wasn't gonna use it to finish the project, or...??? Maybe Null abandoned the project because he realized he was getting into legally murky water?
I am not indulging any innuendos here, I'm just questioning the ethics of someone claiming to be working on a CP recognition program... at the same time as he was running /phile, a "pedophile containment board"... that he himself admits didn't actually manage to "contain" anything, hence Null's later shocking comment about having seen so much CP as a moderator that he could tell the children apart in those images. These things seem to be connected in my head somehow, but that's just me I guess.
I don't know what the hell Null thought he was doing here, I just thought I'd highlight "Project Exodus" since it's public information and it's relevant to the question of what Null's/KF's actual public reputation was prior to Epik's xeets and Caraballo's rexeets. It's my personal opinion that Null's reputation was already in the gutter, given that many people at the time objected to him running /phile. Maybe the Project Exodus announcement was nothing more than a promise to "do better" to stop all those "uncontainable" pedos from posting CP on his IB, that he never actually managed to carry out. Maybe Null can come out and explain what the fuck his deal was with "Project Exodus".

I pretty much forgot about that but even at the time I thought it was a bad idea. Now with the additional context of time I gotta say if Null is such a crusader for children why haven't we seen some other less ambitious project that could actually be achieved?
Collecting a bunch of CP for any purpose is going to raise an eyebrow but then years later never having attempted anything else similar but easier to accomplish is even more suspicious.
