I've already said so on this forum. I do not believe that Null would ever hurt a child under his care. He has said repeatedly that he only likes women his own age and cannot relate to young people at all. I believe him. As for his earlier posts about watching pedophilic material, I don't know if you've read that 2011 DeviantArt article I linked to, but Null wrote there was he was talking to pedophiles as a teenager, and that he didn't see this interaction as grooming at the time, but as an "Internet Adventure", as per the title of this Deviantart piece. I personally do suspect that Null was likely groomed by these pedophiles he was talking to as a teenager. I think Null is too proud to admit that he himself was a victim of online grooming. This would certainly explain Null's "gay phase" and why he so aggressively hates the LGBT today. For all we know, it was the pedophiles Null was talking to at the time who showed him Neko Shota for the first time, as well as whatever other filth he ended up watching as a teenager. That's called EPE, "Early Porn Exposure", and is actually a sex crime against. The mere act of showing pornography to minors for the purpose of grooming them is itself a sex crime. I am only speculating here of course.
I do want Null to sit down and reflect on the fact that almost every fucking time he has gotten into some major online drama it was because of internet pedophiles. He also needs to stop pretending like he didn't have a reputation for being "soft on pedophiles", years and years before those Epik xeets. I have read old IB threads were people were giving Null shit over /phile. Clearly a lot of people were upset at Null for "containing" pedophiles - which Null admits was a failed strategy, because he said on MATI they just kept on posting CP just to force him to look at it while moderating. It's possible that Epik already knew about Null's bad reputation in that regard, and that this is the reason Epik (mistakenly) believed the screenshots they were sent contained CP.
As for Caraballo, does Null really think Caraballo doesn't know all this shit about him already? Caraballo rexeeted Epik's xeet because he too believed it was true, since it came from Null's own ISP.
You are referring to Defamation Per Quod, but that's not the lolsuit that he's going to file. Null says he doesn't have to prove damages because he is going to sue Epik in a State that allows for a Defamation Per Se lolsuit. Defamation Per Se means you don't have to prove damages, because the false accusation made against you is so extreme that the law presumes damages. Watch the Rekieta clip if you haven't, he goes into this at the beginning.
I believe Null mentioned the State of Vermont as a possible forum for his lolsuit but I'm not sure about that, maybe I'm misremembering it. Rekieta said that Null can sue Epik literally anywhere in the US because they are an internet company. It would be so fucking hilarious if Null sued Epik in Vermont, and his enemy Styxhexenhammer666 came to court to say hi to Null in person! I would love such a lolcow crossover. But again, not sure if it was Vermont.

The lie, according to Null, is Epik claiming that KF hosts CP and that the screenshots they xeeted were examples of CP on KF. Null claims those screenshots do not actually CP but an adult Telegram pedophile masturbating on his own with no children around. (Which is why I explained that there doesn't have to be any children in those images for them to constitute a sex crime; if the Telegram pedophile filmed/shot himself masturbating on his own for the purpose of grooming children with those images, then those images were made with pedophilic intent and are thus themselves cybercriminal images. I wish someone would explain this to Null, but they're all just cheering him on and refuse to take a critical look at his legal claims.)
Epik also claimed in their xeet that they were asked by "US Authorities" to block KiwiFarms's domain. Null interpreted this to mean there was a court order from LE for Epik to block him, and challenged them to show him the order. He claims this was yet another deliberate lie on their part to smear him. I explained that there doesn't have to be a court order for an ISP to get in touch with LE about suspected CP. In fact, Epik had to report the suspected CP to LE themselves. If LE then asked Epic to block KF as a precautionary measure, that could've simply been a request over the phone or by e-mail. There doesn't have to be a court order for Epik to comply to such a request from LE. Cos remember, Epik were sincerely under the impression that they had been sent examples of CP on KF, so Epik must've concluded that the matter was to urgent that they had to act swiftly to prevent the dissemination of what they called "prohibited materials" in their Notice to Null.
No one on KF is willing to look at this from Epik's perspective to understand why they acted the way they did. Null is not even willing to entertain the possibility that Epik were simply mistaken or misled. Null has not seen the original abuse report with these screenshots, so he has no idea what was written there to alarm Epik to such an extent. Null basically claims that Epik had received some random screenshots, that very obviously weren't CP, so Epik just made up a bullshit story about the screenshots being "actual CP y'all!" just to ban him and smear him on Xitter.
Null won't show people the actual KF post the screenshots were taken from, so it's hard to tell if he's telling the truth about the screenshots being very obviously not CP. I personally still have not seen the post itself. It's perfectly possible that if I myself saw those pictures in context on KF, I too would've been mistaken (or misled) into thinking they depicted actual CP. Like I said above, I personally do believe those pictures are cybercriminal, whether they're CP or not, because they appear to have been made and posted online with the intent to groom children.
Null claims that the person in those screenshots was 19 at the time, and that he has a copy of their passport to prove it - which is itself strange, like, why do you have a copy of some pedophile's passport on your forum? How did you get it? How do you even know it's real? Null mentions this like it's perfectly normal for him to have someone's passport up on his forum (I guess this is normal for Null...), and like Epik had an obligation to consult KF doxx to determine what was what before acting on the reported materials. If Null doesn't understand why this is a bizarre request ("Hey Epik, you should've read all the doxx about this guy on my forum!"), he's really stuck in his own bubble. An ISP is not gonna sit there reading your doxx and comparing watermarks to determine if something reported to them is actual CP, Null. That's a job for LE, not Epik. (Or are you claiming now that Epik lied to LE too?)
No one on KF is willing to challenge Null on his exclusively bad faith interpretation of Epik's actions and xeets. I agree that the Epik xeets weren't exactly professional but I don't see any "intentional disregard for the truth". I personally suspect this is a case of an ISP being duped by an alarmist abuse report and explicit/graphic screenshots of obscenity that in and of themselves violate their ToS.
