Addicted to heroin. That desperate. There's a reason they just ask you if you take drugs instead of doing a cheap, 5 minute piss in a cup test. The only person who's going to sit there and get their blood sucked out of their body and put back in without the plasma for a couple 20s and watching a movie that's still in theaters are junkies, the desperate, and people who have seen a burned child.

I did it a couple of times with a lady I met in the burn treatment center. They use it for a bunch of stuff other than burns too, but I'm not versed in that so I don't know. Point is it was me and this soccer mom I was trying to fuck with a waiting room full of people who either had half their faces picked off or looked like they were there to donate bed bugs.

It's just the worst fucking people, and then Mormons, soccer moms and pretty much everyone else who's an organ donor doing it to help out.

The point I'm making is there's a very obvious visual gap between the people who are there doing it for drug money, the people who are doing it out of financial desperation, and the people who are doing it to actually help people.

And the fucking needles are huuuuuge.
