I'll take a page from the way Odd Opossum handled his calling out of The Jumping Dwarf and say I think it should be a pretty obvious choice to say "Yes, I hate pedophiles no matter who they are". That way you end all accusations then and there and don't end up like The Jumping dwarf and throwing a fit when someone brings up the time you posted a 17 year old's nudes.
