toast & jam with banana & honey :like: good toasted, sometimes add peanut butter.. i like to also make sausage in the morning mixing it in with scrambled eggs cut into chunks :deviant:
 
Today I learned that bland homemade beef and noodles can be beefed (lol) up with a little Worcestershire sauce.

Like you don't think two quick dashes does anything to a big ass pot of broth and roux, but it ended up helping without making things too salty or overpowering the meat and veggies.

A little red wine goes a long way to perking up beef
 
having thin steak & scrambled egg with a dashin of hot sauce :like: .. steak seasoned with thyme and rosemary, butter lemon pepper & salt with a cup of coffee..
