Her posts are super repetitive and obvious. She comes across as someone who's terminally online and lacks real-life experience. It's like she's a homeschooled kid who's never had a real job or friends outside of the internet. Everything she posts is surface-level and easily debunked. I can see why people get her confused with Josh.
