Under this line of reasoning, Josh does/did host child pornography. They key word here is intent. What is Null's intention with KF? Null pretends that KF is a Big Tent where almost anything goes and almost everyone is welcome, but that's obviously bullshit. Null has a personal agenda with KF, and whatever is hosted there is ultimately supposed to serve Null's personal agenda. Thus Null's intent with KF is to advance his personal agenda. For a while, Null's agenda was that pedophiles can and should be contained. Then he changed his mind and became more aggressively anti-pedo as part of his trad-LARP and in an effort to accomodate all the TERFs on KF. However, all the pedos who previously ended up on KF hoping to be "contained", did they just up and leave when the culture changed, according to Null's personal whims?

There's all kinds of material on KF. There's gossip on KF, there's flamewars, there's political debates, there's trolling, there's fedposting, there's filth and obscenity, and, yes, there are threads where outright criminals of different kinds (not just sex crimes) are being exposed . But that's not why the owner is going out of his way to keep forum online against all odds. Null views KF as part of a holy crusade to expose the LGBT movement as inherently pedophilic and predatory. If Null does end up in court being questioned about his forum and, under oath, denies this aspect of his website, then he's lying. Null allows the general public to upload graphic explicit pictures of suspected online pedophiles, because he wants to spread the perception that the LGBT movement is the worst of the worst. Certain outsiders or newbies who make their way to the KF might not read it that way - because they're only there to read a certain, limited section of the website, like a single celebrity thread, and don't browse any of the other threads - but the regulars on the forum, and especially those who came to the site through Null's podcast MATI, they all agree that the LGBT are predatory and pedophilic, and that whatever is up on KF is not meant to be "gossip" but to prove what the LGBT are really like.

Is it unreasonable for Epik to assume, on the basis of the screenshots they had received, that they were looking at outright CP on KF?

Null claims it was deliberate malice on the part on Epik to post a xeet claiming that the screenshots they had received of the masturbating Telegram pedophile were CP. Most people looking at this would conclude that it was an innocent but understandable mistake on Epik's part, and that they had complied with "US Authorities" telling them to block KF, not on the basis of an order but rather as a simple precaution because Epik were sincerely under the impression that KF was violating their ToS by hosting such "prohibited materials".

However, how likely is it that CP might have ended up on KiwiFarms at some point given all the shockingly explicit and graphic filth and obscenity that the website already hosts? Even if it was there for only a couple of seconds because people found it and reported it? That's the point that Rekieta made in the video that Null couldn't bring himself watch because his feefees were overwhelmed by Rekieta's smugness. It's not defamation to say that "Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/TikTok/Instagram/Discord/Instagram hosts CP" because at one point or another, they probably did and still do host such materials.

KiwiFarms has many dedicated to exposing internet pedophiles, literally with their pants down. I've already theorized, that if Epik had received not the screenshots of the Telegram pedo, but the video of Orion/GoonClown masturbating while admitting he's a pedophile (same video the audio of which Null played on MATI, because Null was supposedly really proud of getting ahold of that video), Epik would've responded the exact same way: they would've assumed the video was outright CP and contacted "US Authorities" about it while blocking KF for violating their ToS.

Given that 1) Kiwis are allowed to upload whatever the hell they want to KF in the name of proving that someone is a pedophile/to "expose the LGBT movement" and 2) Kiwis aren't satisfied with just being told that someone is a pedophile, but apparently need to see/share the evidence of the pedo with his pants down in 4k, how likely is it that some CP might have slipped in there? I think given the nature of the website (minimal to no moderation), the people that are there (people who are deliberately looking for graphic/explicit "shock" content) and the material being hosted (graphic, explicit obscenity all over the website, most of it in the name of some kind of holy crusade "exposing the LGBT"), that likelihood is very high.

I am not saying Null wants this to happen, I am saying he has inadvertently created the conditions on his website where that's more than likely to happen.

So not, I don't think it's defamation - a reckless disregard of the truth - for Epik to receive screenshots of a masturbating Telegram pedophile and to conclude: "Hey, it looks like this website hosts some kind of CP, better call the cops and report this, better block this site too to prevent the spreading of prohibited materials."

Null apparently thinks that he can surround himself with all this graphic, explicit filth and obscenity on his website, as long as he personally disavows it, or claims that it's part of some holy crusade to "expose the LGBT movement", not realizing that something might slip through the cracks when actual degenerates (or anyone curious about them) realize that "KiwiFarms is the website to go to if you want to see an IRL pedophile in the wild".

That's what Rekieta was talking about in that segment that Null wouldn't watch. Rekieta said that it's not defamation to say "Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Discord hosts CP", because likely at one point or another, they have had CP on there, even if it was for just a few seconds because their AI bots found it and removed it (which I guess is how Null envisioned his "Project Exodus"). If the statement "Twitter/etc hosts CP" is within the realm of possibility and therefore not defamatory, how is "KF hosts CP" a form of defamation?

Null bans people who give him any kind of pushback, and both he and his mods delete posts all the time, often for no reason other than whatever the other person had to say made them have a sad. There is no recourse to claim that there might be CSAM on kiwifarms because they're too hands-off. If anything, given how much policing of wrongthink goes on, we can reasonably infer that if there's something dodgy on KF it's because Joshua and his ballwashers want it there (because they are in all likelihood chomos).
