It's not really in the past tense if it's always been the case. Kiwi Farms has always had a problem attracting very undesirable people, and Josh cultivates this. The 'zoo sadism' thing is a good example: a lot of people, when that first leaked, were worried that publicly hosting that material would attract the very people they're trying to expose. And there was a great deal of discussion about how to handle the material. Josh decided to make it as openly public as possible and practically flaunt it. This, of course, led to a considerable amount of bad actors who were only there to post and spread more of this type of material.

You know, it's funny you brought that up. Drawing unwanted attention to these threads and potentially attracting bad actors has been a concern that's come up a lot. But every time it's been discussed, it seems like people who are worried about it are just waved off. I wouldn't be surprised if there are Telegram groups that are working with the DMs on Kiwi Farms. I've heard of a few groups that were set up, but thankfully they didn't do much damage - just some people accidentally sharing their nudes, which is pretty embarrassing.
I have long suspected that kiwi farms is a focal point that is easily accessible for law enforcement. And that the users there should be a lot more cautious on what their posting. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were being monitored. I say this given just how much illegal or questionable activity seems to transpire on a near daily basis.
