She's incredibly lazy, if she did a little research she wouldn't have ever claimed being diagnosed with conduct disorder or AVPD. Personality disorders aren't diagnosed in minors.

Re Havana Syndrome, the first few cases were suspected to be "feed back" from listening devices. Outside of that, it was more to do with shitty work conditions (you'd be surprised what sub sonic pulses, from air conditioning etc, can do). Ofc Elaine has never had a job, so again TNH.

There's a strong correlation between a childhood conduct disorder and later development of antisocial personality disorder as an adult. DSM-5 allows for the diagnosis of personality disorders in adolescents if the feature of the disorder have been present for at least a year.
