This is not the case since an ass surgery or a silicon injection increases the ass's size horizontally and makes it protrude and not sag. Speaking of horizontal ass length, notice that her right ass cheek is 35cm (13.7 inches) long while her right ass cheek is 20cm (7.8 inches). This could only be a realistic possibility if 1. she has a deformity, 2. had her ass bitten off or 3. injected silicon in only one cheek.

After my analysis I will have to conclude that @Falsies, who is a user on Kiwi Farms and posts nudes that everyone has seen's ass is photo shopped in this image, and very poorly I may add, notice that little curve on top, that is a newbie gimp mistake, her brush probably slipped, not to mention for someone who posts her ass a lot she really doesn't know much about the limit of ass proportions.
