These threads cover general gossip and interacting with Kiwifarms (openly calling them out).

No shit retard, of course children are the main audience for mascot horror. Again what is with the shovelware posting on KF?

>Randomly bans other completely unrelated users with the stated reason being "spam" when they were on topic and talking about the games themselves with text only posts in completely unrelated video game threads.

Its actually really easy to just threadban for a few days and move on like you suggested. Most moderation tools have that available at the click of a button.

Unfortunately internet moderation is largely full of powertripping retards with a god complex who only care about pushing narratives or controlling communities across the internet. With no actual care about the subject matter the communities are centered around and opting for the nuclear "permaban" option over any perceived slight. Instead of just being referees who only step in when there's a legitimate problem and have the authority to do something about it. Like everything there are exceptions, but they are just that, rare and not the norm.

But I'm just preaching to the choir here like usual.
This user gets it:

So just a reminder, if Oldfag, SteelPlatedHeart, decides to shit on someone for being a tumblrina or mocking a tumblrina in any sort of shape or form, just bring up that screenshot.
isnt the majority of the current userbase some variety of redditor or tumblrfag because of jewsh and his posse's random banning sprees?

"The main audience were furries, bronies, and weebs" :opeed: hmmmmmm makes me think. Anyone wanna bet the long odds on Josh being a clopper? He's in the right demographic.

Most of them are at the mental level of children. I'm not joking and I don't say this in a mean way.

Tumblr hate is sooooooooo 2010s my man. Even tiktok hate is long in the tooth.
I mean I saw a reddit post by somebody yesterday saying they got banned, so it's not too far of honestly.
Hey now, us redditors are the good users.

Did Kiwi Farms forget the Creepypasta craze that was prevalent in the 2010's? Young people liking horror isn't anything new. Back in the 2010's, kids and teenagers online were into stuff like Slenderman, Jeff the Killer, and Ben Drowned.

Even long before the Internet became mainstream, kids were into horror in the form of books and television and movies.

Anyone that was around for the 1980's, the 1990's, and the early-2000's may remember reading the Fear Street and Goosebumps books by R.L Stine and watching TV shows like 'Are You Afraid of the Dark?', 'Tales from the Crypt', 'A Haunting'. and 'Unsolved Mysteries'. I even watched stuff like The FBI Files and Forensic Files (they're true crime TV shows from back in the day) and I watched plenty of documentaries back in the day where I first learned about some of America's most infamous serial killers and terrorists along with learning about the world's most tragic events. I don't think I need to remind people how popular the Friday the 13th films, the Alien films, and the Halloween films really are when they were brand new and those films were even popular with kids back then (because only the cool kids could watch a Friday the 13th film and not be scared of them).

Kids getting into the horror genre is nothing new and the only difference now is how it's presented.
