He can try to shift the blame all he wants, but the fact remains that none of this would have happened if he hadn't been inappropriately interacting with a younger user. You can't claim to be a victim when your own actions led to the situation. I noticed that when I asked him to share the conversation, he refused and told me to find it myself.
