It definitely will. Much better solution than constantly going on a spirit quest on too much diphenhydramine. If your allergies are that severe then it would be wise to invest in air purifiers and start dusting/vacuuming your drapes, etc.

Yeah, I got a couple of HEPA filters installed; I have one hooked up to the main HVAC unit

I've heard lots of anecdotal cases but I haven't had them for years and definitely not since having the honey. It's super easy to take or add to stuff too so it's worth a shot

I've heard this in at least two places. At least one of them I trust. Give it a try.
 
On the honey (and most diet related health advice) it's best taken consistently, every day for several weeks at minimum. Also it's best in the morning on an empty stomach. With yogurt, in a smoothie, on its own, in coffee, anything you want. First thing in the morning and regularly. @kiwifails
I don't have it often anymore but you can probably drop down to once a week if you notice improvement.
