Yup, can confirm, I remember I've had several accounts banned for the most retarded of shit, and you constantly see him do it to other users. Just like here, nothing holds either of these sites back more than their own site owners, though at least Kengles isn't as adamant about steering the conversation, and is just trying to protect his butthole.
