There are things you can get to make it look like Windows 7-10 even if you're on Win 11. Explorer Patcher comes to mind, and most people that get stuck on later versions end up using them.
The screenshot is dated 5/8/2020. Windows 7 was still viable at that time, and still supported by up-to-date web browsers.
