It's not like street food elsewhere. The best place to get street food is in big cities in the nicer parts of town. Singapore, Turkey, Morocco, big cities in Thailand, some parts of Indonesia (not Bali, you'll fucking die), Japan, Italy, France (esp the French Riviera), Germany, Malta, Greece (but watch out for tourist traps). The Emirates has good food but I wouldn't call it street food. Dubai is overrated though, Abu Dhabi is better all around and slightly more economical than Dubai.
In the states, Miami, Nashville, NYC, LA (but not LA proper, the suburbs are cheaper), basically anywhere in Texas, New Orleans, Seattle (but you could get the same experience in Vancouver), and sometimes you can find fun food in Vegas that isn't too bad but the novelty of cheap food in Vegas is basically gone.
And a lot of Caribbean nations are real good about their street food. The Bahamas and Trinidad/Tobago are probably the best. Cuba and the Dominican Republic as well.
But if you want the best melting pot city for food that's clean and generally nice to go to, Singapore wins. There's something at every price point that's fucking delicious, even for just a couple of bucks.

Thankfully there are a lot of options in my city so I don't have to go far. I can get Indian food, different Asian food options like Vietnamese and Korean etc., lots of Hispanic food choices, there's a nice place owned by some Italian immigrants, I can also get authentic Turkish desserts like baklava at a desert shop. It's not even a major city, one thing I love about the us is the variety.

Maybe one or two were ok, funny being a stretch, but it's like he took something that was mildly amusing one time then ran with it.
