say what you will about ethan ralph, the big reason he still manages to get huge guests (such as Null's favorite european Sven Stoffels) is because he reaches out and is willing to help out "smaller" channels. As Ethan famously says he gave Candice owens her start in the sector. its a symbiotic relationship, you help out people on the way up and they'll help out you. Kevin Smith and Ben Affleck being an amazing example of this.
except thats not true, back in 2017/2018 he did do interviews with almost any asshole that asked and it paid off somewhat amazingly. His friendships with Dick and Ethan are from him saying yes to going on their shows, same with the rest of the fools from the stream.me days. people forget he cherrished those friendships so much that he was willing to facedox to hang out with dick and May! and Riley and the other freaks and we would have had real videos of what he looks like if it weren't for covid. hell if covid lockdowns happened a month later we'd probably have a leaked sex tape of Josh and May. Although that probably is his other reason for not doing podcasts, he seems rather cursed. any show he appears on the users seem to go after and the hosts become trashfire-tier.
if it was still 2019 he'd be a shoo-in for getting a guest spot. same with chrissy mayr or Matt&Shane secret podcast or Are you garbage or plenty of other shows that have talked about kiwifarms, except now they're too big for him. its like how the Nick Rekita of 2022 wouldn't dare have null on if there wasn't a prior association from way back in 2018. I'm sure its a pain in the ass to do the shows, but A. it can help expand MATI and B. it can help gain more connections for kiwifarms.
