So it's a comic about a Croatian woman encountering Null at the store buying all that cheese, making fun of Null for being too fat for an American even, commenting on his poor eating habits, but later on the internet Null pretends that the fact that the woman spoke to him at the store in a language he doesn't even understand means he's welcomed into the local community no matter who he is. It's basically making fun of Americans being so anti-social and alienated, that the mere fact of locals talking to them seems like they're being accepted by the locals, when in reality they're just being made fun of for being a walking talking American stereotype.
