When I type the South Charleston address that Null posted on Telegram into Google Maps, it defaults to the Charleston address. There is no separate address for "South Charleston" specifically, so Google views "South Charleston" as simply being part of Charleston. Plus the fact that the Charleston address is for the Post Office, I think it's fair to say that the PO Box is located in that particular post office.
