Then what would you suggest him acting in the same way observed as when he was trying to win over Dick Masterson, Nick Rekieta or any other time he's tried to associate himself with someone new/will be helpful? There's nothing wrong with him trying to branch out in theory but it tends to follow the same cycle as seen before.

Sites hosted in the U.S. and it's registered as a U.S. business, those are the laws it's under and has to abide by. He can be in whatever country, but the U.S. laws are the ones that actually matter in this instance.
