So let me get this straight he was in a parking lot a bunch of people who knew who he was gathered in the parking lot he signed everybody’s autograph. and some guy said hey you can’t do that anymore blah blah yada yada I am sorry but that’s guy voice sound like he was an asshole whoever that guy was. of course Vic took offense. I think the thing is that Vic didn't ask for permission to use the said parking lot as it is owned by the company that owns it. And I think they never knew he was gonna do it so they try to say no to him but I guess Boomer Vic had other ideas
