If we want to be able to monetize this effectively we have to be able to demonstrate to sites such as Red Bubble or whoever that we are in compliance with whatever bullying and harassment policies they have, otherwise we are just going to fall into the pit KF has.

Yeah that may have been a mistake - that's editorializing. I doubt Flamesoul is going to sue but with the original OP, he can't sue OF. Long as it isn't a federal crime like CP, Section 230 applies. If he were to sue, you cite section 230 and that's the end of that.
You really should know this, Kengle. This is the reason why you have had no lawsuits apply to KF, and they're way more hostile with their doxing policy then us

I do appreciate that you are trying to walk the line of not censoring discussion and being actually usable as a site though. In this particular case I think its a bit overkill to say we can't call her even an alleged pedophile. She's been accused of successfully seeking out intimate physical contact with a minor, and the accusation has good merit to it.
Maybe we don't declare it as definitive fact, but not using the word at all is kindof shielding this behavior considering that in an everyday conversation if I were to call her a pedo and describe what she did, most people would agree.

You're moving the goalpost if before you had a problem with doxes and now it's any accusations of any sort, regardless of evidence. If you want to remove the pedo tag(or edit the tags in anyway), that's fine I don't mind.
To address what I feel you're doing: With all due to respect Kengle, you are enabling somebody with a documented history of hurting children and associating with pedophiles. This happened on kiwifarms when this person before was allowed to go free. You are actively endangering children by not allowing this to be searchable. If Flamesoul had a thread on them in the first place it's possible one of their victims could have search and found what was going on before it happened, informing people. Instead this person has been allowed to move community to community, with absolutely no supervision for their actions.
To make this mistake again would be beyond reckless.
1. This person is sending selfies to 16yos on discord, saying creepy messages and has been accused of being a groomer by said person.
2. This person has literally IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES as a pedophile, if you have to ask "Does it make me a pedophile to....", then the answer is yes. It's not a normal question to ask. If that was it alone, I could understand why that might be pushing the line to call them a pedo.
3. I gave this person all the time and good faith in this thread to explain their actions. If Flamesoul honestly could explain themselves, I would accept that explanation. However, Flamesoul refused to even reject any of the claims regarding children.
4. In fact Flamesoul literally confirmed that this OP was all correct, except for as she disputed, the animal abuse. The subject of this thread itself has less of a problem with it than you do. I get that you are concerned about making this site profitable, but removing the actual content on your website will stop anybody from using this place to begin with.

Right now the op still has the word pedophile in it, its just the title and tags that it was removed from. Perhaps we could add something like "Accused of grooming a 16 year old at 22" to the subtitle or title as a compromise. Its not speculation, its not assertion, it is just a statement of fact that we have archives to prove.
Ok.I am locking this thread and put it in the dumper. I should have had the balls to do this earlier. No pedophile tags or accusations unless the person is a Registered Sex Offender who is guilty of sex crimes against children. Furthermore this is not a public figure or anything close to it.
