She's not posting anything new. There aren't 4000 currently active users but the data of 4000 users was caught in the 2019 breach. It's not fake information so much as it's information which has been made irrelevant by time.
Null responded on KF saying he no longer logs anyone's IP addresses cos everyone now has to use Tor to access the site so there's no point in logging their IP addresses because they're all just Tor exit nodes.
