Rekieta has stated quite plainly he was never asked by the government to consent to anything. And even if they did, why should he assist people who hate him? Remember all the money Josh raised to pay for the footage?Is he ever going to donate it like he said he would?

I don't know how serious of a threat this is but Robert Barnes appears to be threatening legal action against Josh. In any case Josh seems shook about the idea "Wah I didn't do anything to him bloo bloo bloo"

Edit: Josh clarifies that he had Hardin contact Barnes for some reason and Josh claims Barnes wasn't very professional. Josh also seems to threaten to file an ethics complaint against Barnes.

I have lost what little goodwill I have towards any of these people. Barnes is a fat asshole for defending Rekieta and for even threatening legal action over what is essentially an internet spat. Nick is a drug addicted sperg who had drugs around his kids. Josh is Josh. Everybody should be killed.

I have a conspiracy theory based on nothing. OK, so Josh never took this much legal heat before, so maybe one of his strengths was that nobody capable enough felt he was worth suing. Now that he has telegraphed his recent cash grab to the world, the little sharks out there have smelt blood in t'water. Them non-Jew Appalachian mountaintwinks don't come cheap.

Such a Karen move for Josh to get his lawyer to file an ethics complaint for him as if that will actually do anything. He's just wasting everyone's time. Nick Rekieta literally wipes his ass all the ethics complaints he recieved.
