It's how law enforcement often refers to "cp". I think the reasoning is something to the effect that the word pornography implies consent.

Looks like most people don't here know shadman drew loli porn of underage celebrity kids and child actors who probably ended up seeing them. If they look hard enough they can probably find it but I'm certainly not going out of my way to see it again. It was bad enough dealing with his fans posting it in the past in public places for everyone to see. I don't need to prove anything to anyone because defending shadman makes them look like a pedo for anyone that already knows.

CSAM is an acronym created by boogymen to make new out of the age old child pornography problem. The people needed something new to fear, and the corporations needed an excuse to further erode your privacy by doing thing like scanning your files for matches to their database of known child pornography. They are no closer to a solution to the child pornography problem, but they have successfully laid the groundwork for future, yet to be revealed invasions of your pivacy.

It's no different than Joshua making shit up to rally his base.

My very first I only used for about a month or a few in 2015. My second I started in 2016 and used for years and abandoned because null kept getting pissy because I changed my name "too often", so he ended up making a time limit for how often you can change them. My third I used for a few years and was banned on.
