Say i want to make a thread on a fourm member who belives in ghosts, and the thread would only be about the fourm users posts on the fourm itself and nowhere else, and the fourm member would not be doxed, could i go about doing this?

That was just an example. for the particular thread i habve in mind the fourm member believes that cartoon characters are real and he prays to them and belives they help him in his daily life.
