No one gets fired for mental health, or anything that even remotely touches 'I'll sue' as a button. They just get managed out. As a manager you just breathe down the workers neck and let the kafka-esque bullshit rules grind them down and out. Managers come at them with eighteen page long lists of crap that they bury them in and brusquely turf them out on their asses so fast their heads spin.

Or, if you work an actual job, you get on with your shit and just work with people you don't like lol.
 
There was this one idiot who posted some gore in a PM chain about a month or two back because we all told him to do it, then we all reported him because he was a sperg and we knew it would make him rage. After his temp ban expired, he came back and bragged that he'd been socking the whole time and "hadn't missed anything." It's like he didn't realize how pathetic it was to be so addicted to KF that you can't even go a whole week without checking it.
 
Unfortunately the only ones I can think of off the top my head are either one time posters that made spergs of themselves in one thread or less. Or they have been banned and fucked off ever since. Some of which I remember from both here and lolcow.org.

Honestly I've gotten so bored with the place I only go there to get snippets from A&N and Happenings or to check the Chris stuff out, I could give a fuck about lolcows now because either the novelty wore off or they went to prison or some other thing happened.

That's pretty much why I don't use it anymore. Making socks takes 0 effort but it isn't as fun as it used to be so I quit doing it a while back. For me it's because most of the best people to troll were already banned. Kiwi farms is dead but addicts like him can't accept it. They will just go down with the sinking ship.

People being retards online isn't novel anymore. With stuff like Twitter and it being so mainstream that world leaders and CEOs of the largest corporations publicly sperg out and humiliate themselves the same as autistic incels in basements... its like... what even is a lolcow anymore?

I like A&N and Happenings because they have a variety of topics and you don't get banned for disagreeing like you do some places I've been to. I do find it amusing that the biggest spergs name themselves after wrestling characters which makes sense because WWE tends to attract autists who want a macho tough guy image in a vain effort to get people to like them.

A lot of it is to appeal to people who think will buy their shit, they see "woke" content on TikTok and they think they can throw some glittering generality about how isms are bad and people will flock to their wares like flies on dog turds. Don't forget the spergs that use giga Chad pfps for the same reason. Only "betas" for lack of a better term use them because real "alphas" have the self confidence to not have the need to put up appearances. By this logic @SIGSEGV is probably an overweight or underweight manlet.
