Okay this is extremely autistic of me but there's no smallpox vaccine in regular use anymore because it is completely eliminated in humans due to vaccination. It has potential as a bioweapon though so we have some we could make if we ever needed. People in their late 50s and up still have the scar from it.
Leprosy only has an older vaccine called the BCG which also protects against TB (some forms more than others) and only works in babies and children. The BCG vaccine is only used in developing countries now but it has a very fascinating history and might have anti-cancer properties too.
