Aw well thanks. I do all my meme making with janky Android software and my inner perfectionist downplays even my most efforted posts.

I use cut mix studio which works for most things except when it glitches the transparent background on images, but resaving the image through a photo bender app fixes it.

I really recommend this one. It's still a touch janky but has everything you need for basic image manipulation

You'll need to find cracks for these other two but they're the best I've found for gif/vid manipulation
