If he told people then she would immediately be attacked by all of the hundreds of people who hate him and probably leave, so the only way to keep her around is to not tell anyone about it. I do believe it's physical since she bakes birthday cake for him and he has been complaining about the covid vaccine for greencard applicants so I assume he is planning on bringing her with him back to the US. I don't think you can get a Greencard for someone you have never met.
 
Also it's pretty ironic to throw the term gunt guarding around when one of the users gunt guarding null to make him seem like less of a loser is called gunt chat regular and you keep saying where we gunt one we gunt all or whatever it was.
