Null would have to give a mathematic definition of real damages, and since his website was barely monetizable prior to this campaign, that's going to be tricky. He also experienced an uptick in livestream viewers after Keffals started, and despite shenanigans across multiple donation platforms...he got more 'superchat' type donations during the drop kiwi farms campaign than he did before it.
That's all based on casual observation, his financial reality might be very different...but just from the publicly available information, there's not much of a case for him to win here.
