Depends on if he actually did anything or not. Just because his appeal was dismissed doesn't mean much because court is basically a gamble. That's why they could never really get a lot of dirt on Trump in spite of his corruption in court. I have no opinion on it because I really don't give a shit. I don't know if anything was proven about him or not just that his appeal got dismissed, probably something to do with proving they knowingly lied with malicious intent because that's almost always impossible to prove.

Like I couldn't find any tweets if he was KickVic or even him telling Vic to fuck off. This was the only Tweet I found of him mentioning the Voice Actor once. It's either weird projecting or he deleted any tweets that linked him to KickVic which is pretty funny because I don't remember if he was involved in that shit or not and any other tweets that mention Vic it's just one of his weird gay characters he made the fuck up.

So if the 2 years is the max sentence given for incest wouldn't Chris have been given "time served" then? I don't know I feel like the real story of what happened there will never be known because of people like Null insisting they have all the facts.

The broom contradicts itself. Time served (for a CONVICTION), blah blah blah charges dropped. If the charges were dropped, it didn't even go to court, no conviction, no sentence, no time served. Ironically, Commie Farms has done a pretty good job of documenting Chan's "out put", as well as, obviously the "gay-ops" they did (but 4Chan did it too, Miss, it's not fair etc)... ofc who knows what got swept up. Like, how much of Chris's life documented? Think about all the videos with his family.
