The entire reason a lot of defamation cases do not succeed is they can't even prove damages, let alone the other party knowingly lying with intention to do harm, even if what they are saying is untrue. But in null's circumstances of having hosted CP one of his sites it wouldn't even be defamation to assume he is a pedophile based on that because people have been put on a registry for less. If anything drawing attention to it will make everyone realize it's true.

Drawn cp is still illegal in many places. Both are bad, one is objectively worse and it goes without saying but it doesn't mean both can't be bad. Sort of like just because mao and Stalin beat Hitler's score it doesn't excuse what he did.

I hope he sues in a country with "loser pays" (i.e. you sue somebody and you lose, by law you have to pay their legal fees). A lot of countries operate that way.
