One more thing. Why does Josh have so many LLC's? One for his podcast (Mad at the Internet LLC). One for his website (Kiwi Farms LLC). One for something (Lolcow LLC). One for hosting infrastructure (1776 Solutions LLC). This one used to be called Final Solutions LLC (when Josh was more of a Nazi larper). My guess for all these LLC's is that he was doing something shady like money laundering or just generally trying to obscure financial records for tax dodging purposes. Or perhaps he realized that his brand was radioactive and his site landed him on a bank and payment processor blacklist so he started creating a bunch of different LLC's to try to get around this. So you wouldn't know that his shitty podcast was connected to Kiwi Farms legally. Or that Lolcow LLC was actually a shell company for Kiwi Farms itself. He's such a greasy slimy little cockroach. Also, the whole purpose of filing your LLC's in these shady business locations like "30 N Gould St Ste 6884, Sheridan, WY 82801" is because you don't want your name associated with the LLC or because you're not a legit business or because you're a scammer. Also, his 1776 Solutions LLC is listed as "active" but carries a tax-delinquent status.

Wyoming is one of the few states that allows anonymous LLCs. An LLC is a separate legal entity apart from the person. Multiple LLCs means if someone wants to sue MATI, that person can't touch Kiwifarms if KF is legally registered under a separate LLC. Florida does not permit anonymous LLCs. Owner's names are not required on public articles of organization on a Wyoming LLC. He's not trying to dodge the IRS, He is dodging filing the required financial reports that are a matter of public record.
