Wyoming is one of the few states that allows anonymous LLCs. An LLC is a separate legal entity apart from the person. Multiple LLCs means if someone wants to sue MATI, that person can't touch Kiwifarms if KF is legally registered under a separate LLC. Florida does not permit anonymous LLCs. Owner's names are not required on public articles of organization on a Wyoming LLC. He's not trying to dodge the IRS, He is dodging filing the required financial reports that are a matter of public record.

There was a user on X a week ago that detailed their experience with Josh on Blockland back in the day. Basically, Josh loved the drama/dossier blackmail type of threads on Blockland, where users would dig up all sorts of dirt on each other to destroy each other's reputations. The only problem was Josh was one of the worst shitheads on the site and everybody hated him too. So after getting banned over and over, and socking over and over, Josh left Blockland when he'd had enough. And he bought Cwcki forums and tried to recreate the hitpiece/dossier, attack, blackmail threads he loved on Blocklands. He rebranded this as Kiwi Farms. Except one big difference. Now Josh would be the big bad owner of the site, and the janitor that gets to control who gets banned or not. And what threads get to be created or stay up.
So even the idea of Kiwi Farms isn't original either. It was just a mutated form of the Blockland toxic threads he grew up on. And since Josh owns KF, it's important to starve him of power. He only has power on his own site. When people talk off-site, they tell you how they really feel about him in anonymous comments sections, when the ban hammer is not hanging over their heads. And that's why long-term, people should try to starve him out of attention and free publicity. Don't post on KF (unless it serves a good purpose to you). Every time people draw attention to his withering site, they make Josh more powerful and put money into his bank indirectly.

In the past few years, the GOP did nothing but push for unpopular policies that no one asked for and they let the economy go down the toilet with this inflation and not to mention the unpopular war in Iran which has raised gas prices.
Let's look at the stupid shit the GOP has done so far since Trump's start of his second term in office and even before that.
Today the Democrats not only won back both the House and Senate from the GOP but they even took away critical state seats in various states. The Democrats even took back the governor's mansion, the lieutenant governor seat, and even taking a U.S. Senate seat from the GOP in the State of Texas just to show you how much the GOP has royally fucked up.
I do not like the Democrats, they are fucking evil and retarded. But you know what? The GOP deserves this loss for being this stupid and incompetent.
Now that the Democrats have won big, for the next couple of years they're going to spend repealing or cleaning up bad laws and poorly written laws in the states that the stupid sub-80 IQ Republicans kept championing along with the Democrats directly addressing pocket book issues that the GOP kept ignoring until this finally bit them in the ass.

Take example running a bar that serves alcohol. You have to deal with the ATF, you have to deal with state licensing, you have to deal with fees and sin taxes; so much so that the cost of serving drinks to patrons becomes expensive and may not even be profitable in the end.
If you put tariffs on foreign alcohol brands, this is not going to help bar owners as they will be forced to raise their prices on their services because an alcohol brand that is popular with patrons got more pricey thanks to tariffs (not to mention still dealing with the unwanted government bureaucracy to run a bar in the first place).
