I get documenting public incidents if there is some context worth discussing, but turning it into a running archive of someone’s “breakdowns” seems like it could get pretty personal pretty fast.


Probably better to stick to specific clips or statements and discuss what was actually said rather than trying to diagnose the guy or label every angry moment as some kind of mental episode.

Well, it looks like the LFJ subpoena to get KF users' doxxes has been quashed. The 10 Kiwifaggots that were being subpoenaed, are safe for now. But the judge shut down Hardin's preliminary injunction motion. From what I've read, when the plaintiff tries to get a preliminary injunction motion, they are trying to freeze the case from moving forward to stop harm from happening to people or things within the lawsuit, while they wait on the outcome of the case. Courts don't usually grant these and they require a high burden of proof from the plaintiff, because this happens before the trial even starts. So the judge denied this and the trial is going to get underway now.

I guess we can now look forward to a smug and euphoric Josh, pretending to be a free speech hero that saved all the Kiwis. Even though everyone involved should be asking themselves, "Why am I in this mess to begin with and what did I do wrong to wind up here?" And "Why didn't Josh Moon do more to protect me in the first place?" "Why was Josh logging my IP data for LFJ on a silver platter anyway?" "Why did my doxx and my life ruination hanging in the balance, have to boil down to the whims of a court turning down the release of my doxx at the last second to save me?" It could have just as easily gone the other way and then LFJ would have fucked these 10 people. None of these idiot KF'ers will ask themselves these questions though. They will instead open up their wallets wider for daddy Jersh to rape them, even though he was partially responsible for them getting fucked by LFJ, in the first place.

Mark Randazza's legal group has submitted a letter to the judge that ruled on the LFJ - Josh Moon case and the lawyer basically urges and begs for the judge to submit the ruling to a Federal supplement.

Here's the letter. It's worth reading just to see how slimy, sycophantic, and cajoling these lawyers are. The lawyer Jay Wolman is sucking up to the judge and brown-nosing in order to try to influence the judge into now doing extra stuff for him that he wants done. It's all fake and gay social manipulation.

So why would a lawyer want this done?

The cover story is that you submit the work to be cited for other lawyers to draw upon in their own cases. To establish a body of work of case law. But lets's be honest. It's about ego. When the lawyer wins (or at least thinks he's done well), he wants his name and ego to echo throughout the legal literature. He thinks he's important and has a massive ego. I also would bet that Josh Moon and Matt Hardin were urging the Randazza lawyers to do this because Moon wants it badly so he can feed his ego and feel super special, like he's going down in the history books.

In order for your case to get published in the literature, it should be "significant and worthy." Of course every narcissistic lawyer thinks his shit is important, but it's not. Nobody actually cares that people took some tranny's pics and made him of him. Then that tranny used DMCA law to try to get their info. And the judge turned it down and rejected those subpoenas. There's nothing "significant or worthy" about this but I understand people are looking to get their egos stroked.
