Jersh is at least finally acknowledging as to why indie animation has gotten so popular and I'm going to assume that he may now know why people have since moved on to anime and manga and East Asian entertainment in general because look at the state of the West. Hollywood sucks now, Hollywood rehashes old iconic IPs and run them into the ground with shitty reboots and shitty revivals that no one asked for, and the Left has successfully subverted Western entertainment and turned it into slop.

The rise of anime and manga and the rise of indie projects like The Amazing Digital Circus is not a cause but a symptom as to what happens when the Left subverted the traditional Western entertainment institutions to promote their propaganda and people simply decide to look to other places that haven't been fully subverted by the Left.

Say what you want about Japanese entertainment and East Asian entertainment in general and say what you want about indie projects like The Amazing Digital Circus but no one really likes Hollywood anymore so people look elsewhere. The free market always wins and the free market says anime and indie projects are being widely consumed now because Hollywood is a load of horse manure these days.
Josh has Islam envy because of bacha bazi and marrying 9 year old girls, but since Josh is a repressed pedophile he can only lash out in spergy anger.
I think this has more to do with the groyper thing where some groypers think they can team up with the Muslims due to Muslims and Christians sharing similar values (although this is a silly way of thinking because the Muslims clearly have no intentions of sharing religious freedom with other religious groups). So Jersh feels angry that the groyper nonsense may have gotten another political faction he likes.

Although I don't know why Jersh is angry by this as the Ron Paul Institute hasn't really been relevant in American politics since the early-2010's (the institute was founded in 2013 the year after Ron Paul ran for the presidency one last time while he was still piggy backing off his cult following back then).

The Ron Paul Institute never had any real impacting influence in conservative or libertarian politics like the Cato Institute, the Mises Institute, and the American Enterprise Institute. So I don't know why Jersh is crying over a political organization that has always been very niche (even among libertarian circles) anyway.
