His behavior on Twitter is less mystifying because Josh is a control freak. Looking at how Chibi Reviews reacted to the new A-Logging by Jersh and the Kiwis towards him, Chibi did what he should have done before and it's by embracing the Bone Chair meme along with embracing the hate so he can laugh at it and capitalize on it.
He's now laughing with the Bone Chair meme instead of crying about it and it seems Chibi has embraced the meme. There are two ways to make organized trolling not fun anymore; either the victim leaves the Internet and never shows their face again or the victim starts to laugh at their hate and embraces the hate because all publicity is good publicity (which takes away any leverage trolls may have over their victim because trolling stops being fun when the victim starts to play along with the joke and embraces the meme which in turn ruins the whole point of trolling a lolcow to begin with if the lolcow starts to plays along unironically like a good sport).
There's Asmongold where a lot of leftists has made fun of for not cleaning his dirty hoarder house and he has since unironically embraced the Roach King title when he stopped letting that bother him, there is Nux Taku where people accuse him of being a pedophile or a racist and he just laughs at that while promoting right-wing politics, and then there is Mister Metokur where after he got doxed; instead of letting that bother him, Jim decided to use his dox to sell more hats and mugs while laughing at the idiot for giving him more publicity so he can make more money.
Trolling only really works if the victim is acting like a dumbass and throws a tantrum but trolling stops working if the victim embraces the meme and they capitalize on it (whether it's Asmongold embracing the Roach King title, Nux Taku using his Jewish background to embrace the antisemitism being direct towards him for a good laugh, Metokur using his dox to sell hats, or here Chibi using the Bone Chair meme to prop himself up by praising the artwork and memes around it and laughing with it).
Trolling stops being fun when the victim says "So What?" to the trolls and the victim stops caring (it's for the same reasons trolling Chris-Chan is not fun anymore because CWC stopped giving a damn a long time ago and any new attempts to troll him now are usually seen as complete cringe these days).
