I think joshy is being a lil revisionist here. If memory serves, PPP saw that NP2 didn't have TOS on it's website, and that was the basis of him covering it. Then, PPPwinson got Leo to contact Sham, and Sham (who has a hateboner for joshy, if you didn't know already) looks into NP2... and it goes down. But nothing to do with joshy.
