Null now claims that he manually went over the DMs between Altistic and PVS and that he decided on his own that there was nothing sus about their interaction... but Null is not able to interpret those DMs or assess them properly. He's biased because he doesn't want people to think that his moderators are allowing bad actors to instrumentalize his forum.
I actually read the excerpts from the chudbuds.lol chatlogs that EsoShaggy posted on his Twitter account, and it's undeniable that PVS and his co-conspirators were constantly bringing up KF as their platform of choice for their future leaks. Contrary to what Null claims, PVS wasn't just a troll obsessed with Ethan Ralph; PVS was keeping the tabs on several online communities and was planning to target a whole bunch of other people besides Ethan Ralph.
PVS and his co-conspirators' agreed-upon modus operandi was to post a leak to KF, followed by them reaching out to whatever mainstream media they thought would be the most interested in the leak to bring it to their attention. PVS' list of targets shows he was planning to go after right wing personalities, as does PVS' contact with Kristen Doerer from RWW.
Null can shout C E N T R I S T all he wants, it's plain to see his forum is mainly associated with the right and that those voices on his forum are the most dominant. I suspect that PVS wanted to target the right on their own turf, meaning KF, because PVS likely wanted to get the right to crack down on KF.
PVS was going after Ethan Ralph because he realized that he could use that to curry favours with Null. PVS knew that the way to get favourable treatment on KF was to suck up to the moderators and to target Null's enemies. It's only because PVS was caught in the early stages of scheming that Null is able to downplay the fact that PVS was going to use KF not just to troll Ethan Ralph but for so much more.
I remember Ali Breland from MJ had asked Null a question about taking down the warrant canary in that long list of question he had sent to Null that Null posted on the forum but refused to answer. Point of fact: Being a coombrain woman hating racist is not uniquely a right wing position. Kwiffar are too retarded to have any sincerely held political beliefs. Other than: I will grass anyone up for asspats.
But if the Kiwis are too politically diverse to pinpoint a certain ideology onto, people will look at "The Leadership" to determine the politics of the forum, and since Null has explicitly referred to himself in the past as "alt-right", they will use that identification on his part to claim that KF is an alt-right forum, regardless of the actual politics of the user base.

It was a joke (the unblocking UK), Fibwinson claimed he couldn't access the Commie Farms due to it being blocked in the UK. It's not. He was called out on it. But his thread is "protected". He claimed he's never had a Kwiffar account (contradicting a previous stream. Interesting stream, Plodwinson says he messaged joshy about getting his account deleted, and there was some critiquing of the brooms style of jannying, which turns out was quite prophetic)
Shall I begin to weave an narrative? Plodwinson tweets Claires Pfp with the text "Next!" THe site is hacked (oh and let's just forget about someone getting banned for linking to malware on KF), Plodwinson has content.
Content he didn't really research. He even made mistakes. But he did say "I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt joshy".
tl/dr: Don't think about gay-oppers from Commie Farms conspiring to take down another site for lulz and kawntenht. That would never happen.
IMO there is some overlap between MATI listeners and Kiwis, but most MATI listeners aren't Kiwis. Even Null himself said they mostly aren't Kiwis. My impression is that Null prefers his MATI listeners over Kiwis, not just because he makes more money off of them but because he perceives them as less politicized than the Kiwis, and therefore more chill/less argumentative. I don't think that MATI listeners listen to MATI to have current events explained to them, but rather to have the latest lolcow drama explained to them. Perhaps the younger MATI listeners want to hear Null wax on about current events, but I really do think that most of them just want to parasocially hang out with Null and laugh at lolcow drama. I think Null expectorates on his forum way more than he does on MATI. Null argues and fights with the forum in a way he doesn't really ever do on MATI. That's why MATI-Null comes across as more personable than Null the Ooperator.

You disagreed with Null disavowing the fact that PVS was planning to use his forum to target various personalities on the right... and that means you're going to log into your account one of these days to discover that literally everything on your account has been disabled: no DMs, no posts, no stickers, all disabled. "What the hell is going on here?", you will ask yourself, "The whole forum appears to be read-only! Am I banned or something? I didn't get a notification about being banned! Why is everything disabled?". When you reach out to Null about this "shadowban", he will tell you that you're not restricted (when you actually are, for all intents and purposes), he will insist whatever happened to your account is entirely your own fault, and that you need to implement a dozen different workarounds to get this "shadowban" on your account lifted on your end. When you do what you're told, and discover that it isn't working, and you reach out to Null again to tell him that his workarounds aren't doing anyhing for you and you're still in read-only purgatory, Null will call you a stupid bitch and leave you to your own devices, while lying on the forum that he tried to "help' you, when he offered no help at all. If you try reporting your account or ask others to do so, Null will threaten to ban you. Null does this to passive-aggressively force people he doesn't like off his forum. If you don't want to put yourself through this ordeal, you might as well quietly retire your KF account right now and move here.

A bit late on the "Null has a girlfriend" talk, but IIRC he was pissed at 2020Suicide for spreading that around and openy called him out on it on the site and that was in 2020. He also was constantly going after Null about the NP2 bullshit and Dick Masterson's behavior, he's the handsome faggot that got the thread moved to food with his sperging.

IIRC Null even made a video personally attacking him because he claimed Dick and Zoom were both pedos who knew each other before Dick's meltdown stream while josh was jannying it up saying Dick literally responds to every person that calls the number listened on NP2 (an obvious lie)

MATI isn't the type of show that can do clips and make it work.. honestly he sort of sucks as a drama recapper as well.
