Joshua Moon the owner of Kiwifarms
Should anyone really be surprised that Jersh once again got rejected by a payment processor?

Most credit card companies are hesitant to support what they consider as a high risk business (be it porn, jewelry, nuclear fuel, firearms, pawn shops, and other business of the like). Most credit card companies don't want to be that involved in business that pose as a liability for them (whether financial or legal).

Most payment processors don't want to be involved in high risk businesses either.

Most recently, credit card companies and payment processors cracking down on some Internet behavior; no credit card company and no payment processor anywhere in the world is going to support a platform that allows harassment and doxing because that is very high risk for any business involved in finances.

To be fair, this is nothing new. The private sector has always been pretty hesitant to support a business or an ideology deemed too edgy for your granddaddy; the only difference now is that we're seeing this phenomena happen on the Internet these days (debanking has always been a thing, it's just that the Internet has made people more aware of the issue of debanking at this point).
Isn't this incitement to violence?

Just remember that the three letter agencies do arrest people for suspected terroristic threats or encouraging them.

Remember the 4channer that got arrested for saying how they wanted to kill a sheriff in Minecraft? That was later revealed to be a tasteless joke (Poe's Law) but it didn't matter that it was a joke, we still live in a post-9/11 and a post-Columbine world where these kinds of statements are taken very seriously now and days.

Now and days the glowies do monitor anyone who calls for any violent or terroristic threats against any high profile individuals.

It's really stupid on Jersh's part to call for the killing of rich people because the glowies don't want another Brain Thompson on their hands. So if there are any unmarked vans with a guy in a suit holding a receiver antenna show up at Jersh's house tomorrow then you know why they're there.

"you and your fellow penis brothers"

So, Null and Lidl are the only two users who are permitted to give one word answers...
That's only a rule in the Thunderdome forums. Those were posted on the Grummz thread, as were these.

Also something to note, Rich Evans Ayypologist was an OG anti-A&H poster who was post of the group that exposed the anti-HHH DM groups and stopped making political posts after Biden won, so him making a return shows how effective the BP takeover is.

why does josh think having a BIG BOY NONPROFIT will force banks to give him service? is he retarded? (don't answer that)

If Josh's nonprofit org was really about "saving teh innanet" then he would have gotten someone else with a sterling reputation to head it. Instead, he inserts himself at the helm so it is instantly destroyed from the get-go. As no one wants to do business with Josh Moon (for whatever reason); his reputation and trustworthiness is trashed and he is on some kind of bank blacklist. Josh also just copies his enemies like Keffals and LFJ. So if you want to predict Josh's next move, then see what LFJ has done over the past couple months. I think what most people are slowly starting to realize is that every Josh action is just him trying to get money but thinly-veiled as "free speech" or "saving teh innanet." Otherwise why would anyone care that some some fat sperg is debanked? That is an issue that will never affect 99.99% of normal people. So he smuggles other little things in there among the money stuff to make you invested yourself and think it's about other things besides money.

Also, Josh realizes the importance of reputation online. That is why his website is basically there to document people's activities and essentially destroy their reputations. Let's be honest. A lot of the threads on the Farms only exist due to some feud. Somebody is mad at someone else and they write a hitpiece thread on their enemy to try and crowd-source more dedicated autists into attacking them. (Thinly-veiled private army requests masquerading as funny lolcow). And as the owner of the website, Josh has power over those "cows" in a weird form of blackmail. That's another thing he learned from copying his enemies like Vordrak. Vordrak poisoned his reputation by SEO-bombing his name, smearing him online. Then Josh realized, "Oh, I'll do this but for a lot of other people, and get others to write those threads and do it for me, unless I'm personally invested like for a Keffals, Vordrak, or a LFJ. My reputation and name is destroyed so I will drag others down into the mud with me."

Some lawyer wants to brown nose Josh and is giving him "free representation" in regards to OFCOM. For some reason he believes he doesn't need to abide by UK laws to be freely available in the UK when bigger websites and companies than Kiwifarms have abides by the law. The UK is going to wipe its ass with this letter.

Why doesn't Facebook or Twitter give the Iranian courts a strongly worded letter demanding to be freely accessible in Iran?

why does he need pro bono representation?

"Pro bono costs orders

Section 194 of the Legal Services Act 2007 provides for pro bono costs orders in civil courts, tribunals and settlement agreements. They are just like ordinary civil legal costs, but where a party was represented for free in relation to proceedings.

They require the losing party to pay costs to the Access to Justice Foundation, which uses these funds to support the provision of free legal help to those in need."

It seems, from what joshy said, the lawyer reached out to him. Maybe to try and scoop up the costs from whatever lolsuit joshy has in mind. If the guy isn't doing it for publicity (I'm not going with the "threat to safety" bit), then it's got to be money.
