Of course, the September 16th court date ended up being a continuance to November with no new charges filed yet. Two more months of baseless speculation from the entire Chrisiverse while waiting for the other shoe to drop, assuming that the November date doesn't result in another continuance. When all is said and done, it'll be interesting to see how Heilberg handled this whole shit show from a defense lawyer perspective, considering that he's a few notches above the average public defender that you get when you get a DUI or trespassing charge.

At least Chris's fat ass gets to sit in jail away from the Internet, which is probably actually the best thing that has happened to Chris over the last few years (at least since the Idea Guys came around and made weening a lot worse).
