According to HostGator we were suspended for "Disclosing sensitive personal information about others" Now what that means exactly I am not sure.

Onionfarms has completely moved over to our new hosting provider and here's the deal.
We are using an offshore hosting provider based out of Panama with DMCA ignored hosting compared with Gator.
Now the question you are probably wondering is why?
First of all it is probably cheaper hosting out of Panama than hosting out of Germany for example.
Also the DMCA is not recognized in Panama. If someone wants to force our hosting provider to take a thread down, they have to go through the court system in Panama.
More importantly because of German law, hosting companies are going to be very sensitive when it comes to controversial sites such as Kiwifarms which are seen as hosting content perceived as racist or "attacking the dignity of the individual" or disclosing "sensitive personal information". When Kiwifarms went back on the clearnet under the domain "sneed.today" they were using (you guessed it) a German-based hosting service. And the issue with "sensitive personal information" was why they were taken down. This seems to be the case in a lot of European countries.
I have read the AUP very carefully for our new hosting company and I think we are on a lot firmer ground in terms of free speech.

Probably doesn't help all the enemies they make constantly ddos their site. Hey guys, thanks for deleting that "pekka" account that was downvote raiding, but is there a way to delete the downvotes along with the raid account? I logged in and I had pages and pages of these downvote alerts, even after the account itself was already nuked. I'd rather not have to weed through 70 alerts for downvotes to find the legitimate alerts.
Also, why are we getting all these downvote raids lately? I know I'm a relatively new user here but I can't recall these raids being as frequent as they are since the last two months.

yeaaaaah they took out a good chunk of my reddit karma points, theyre are dedicated thats for sure , we rectified it by giving users a bunch of points back . can't really do anything about the stickers they left. I reccomend you disable sticker notifs , I'll be honest our forum is so small i don't have notifs on unless people tag or reply to me. some of it was ashley other times it was onionfarts. it doesnt really matter if its an issue with the regulars we'll deal with it.

It's just stickers. This isn't Commie Farms. TBF, I will propose this: Make all neg ratings neutral. This site is more "lax" in it's negging culture compared to the kwiffar. This will also deter the raiders, being that negging being so important to the raiders, they having no incentive to be like really fucking childish, I mean c'mon, that's like teenage shit really.
I think this is a workable solution that is simple to implement. @Sailfish what do you think?
