I got tickets to the backrooms movie. Fuck missing out on that shit. I love the backrooms.
I hope the success of this movie is unimaginable. Not only did I love his backrooms series but also the one with the haunted mall and the giant.
THIS needs a sequel. I know it's internet famous but it needs to be the pinnacle of a new horror genre. A way of capturing the minds of those new to the whole concept of liminal space horror. We could legit invent a portal into a world like this. The reason in the story it exist is because Earth was running out of space for humanity so the Department of Energy under Reagan tasked a scientific company to solve the problem. But of course there was issues with the no clipping, the harmful microbes infecting humans and people dying in the backrooms due to the lack of water and food because they couldn't no clip back into reality ALSO the time traveling problem that a scientist experienced that caused him to lose his mind.
The complexity of the writing and universe in the original story is fucking wild to me. It takes a genius to come up with shit like this. That's why when Backrooms Found Footage #3 was released it didn't sour the story at all. It only made it better.

I would love a scientific agency to make this a reality. With Quantum Mechanics it's only a step further into a void of the unknown. I think if we actually made an infinite universe like the backrooms, fuck virtual reality.
