Wyoming is one of the few states that allows anonymous LLCs. An LLC is a separate legal entity apart from the person. Multiple LLCs means if someone wants to sue MATI, that person can't touch Kiwifarms if KF is legally registered under a separate LLC. Florida does not permit anonymous LLCs. Owner's names are not required on public articles of organization on a Wyoming LLC. He's not trying to dodge the IRS, He is dodging filing the required financial reports that are a matter of public record.

KF truly does serve as a type of troll-shield for Josh. It's crazy to think just how much of that site is built to protect Josh. Every comment that gets under his skin gets a ban, (that protects Josh). If you have a opinion he doesn't like, that gets a ban (that protects Josh). If you attack, expose, or mock one of his current buddies he's grifting with, that gets you a ban (that protects Josh).
There was a user on X a week ago that detailed their experience with Josh on Blockland back in the day. Basically, Josh loved the drama/dossier blackmail type of threads on Blockland, where users would dig up all sorts of dirt on each other to destroy each other's reputations. The only problem was Josh was one of the worst shitheads on the site and everybody hated him too. So after getting banned over and over, and socking over and over, Josh left Blockland when he'd had enough. And he bought Cwcki forums and tried to recreate the hitpiece/dossier, attack, blackmail threads he loved on Blocklands. He rebranded this as Kiwi Farms. Except one big difference. Now Josh would be the big bad owner of the site, and the janitor that gets to control who gets banned or not. And what threads get to be created or stay up.
So even the idea of Kiwi Farms isn't original either. It was just a mutated form of the Blockland toxic threads he grew up on. And since Josh owns KF, it's important to starve him of power. He only has power on his own site. When people talk off-site, they tell you how they really feel about him in anonymous comments sections, when the ban hammer is not hanging over their heads. And that's why long-term, people should try to starve him out of attention and free publicity. Don't post on KF (unless it serves a good purpose to you). Every time people draw attention to his withering site, they make Josh more powerful and put money into his bank indirectly.
