If you were to alert someone with any enforcement power in the US government about KF they'd lose their minds and shut it down ASAP. If Null did his "but muh freeze peach " act they'd lob every charge they could think of at him for hate speech/harassment/larceny-you name it, they'd charge him and his sycophants with Federal charges up the ass-yet all they'd be a footnote on Know Your Meme-at best.

The feds know about him. During #dropkiwifarms a former high-ranking FBI guy when on MSNBC to whine about Kiwi Farms. And Isabella Janke's father too is a fed. A lot of mystery surrounds just why they backed off. Considering the decline of KF after #dropkiwifarms, it is possible they let him keep his site in exchange for making it yet another space online to spread demoralization and shill narratives. Think 4chan's /pol/ and /r9k/, which we now know Epstein ordered moot reopen as a psyop. Notice how 2023 onward A&H became even more of a ragebait zone than ever before while a bunch of new accounts showed up to do low IQ Trump and Israel shilling? I believe the feds have serious leverage on Null not only because they could drag him through the courts for harassment, copyright violations/piracy, and hosting cyber criminals (they might not win, but they could temporarily take KF offline and make Null spend many months in court), but also because Null's tax situation is likely illegal.

Free speech advocates used to love Kiwi Farms, or at the very least support them. Null used to be one too. But like everything else, Null burnt his bridges with them and now screams to censorship harmless shit like Pragmata because he gets the ick from it. Sometimes it was over the stupidest shit, like Null got upset the Electronic Frontier Foundation wrote an article criticizing his site in 2022 even as the article acknowledged his situation with Cloudflare and criticized them for taking it down without a court order. He wants people to worship the ground he walks on as the man saving free speech online, even as he condems free speech absolutists (the only people who would defend Kiwi Farms) as pedophiles (which remember in Null's mind mean people who should be shot and killed).

100%. He wants Twitter/X, but to have control over it. KF spoiled him and he's used to being able to ban anyone he wants, for any reason. So real social media like X feels like a downgrade to him. It's all about control.

I don't know why retarded trolls still use Discord for their cowtip operations when Discord glows so bright that they have feds monitoring that platform 24/7 to catch retards that engage in things like identify theft or swatting.

If any of the Kiwis did used Discord to swat this man then they're in a heap of trouble as the glowies probably know who they are by now because the glowies can monitor Discord servers and even DMs on Discord due to Discord not having strict privacy standards.

Being fair here, Jersh and the Kiwis cannot be charged with hate speech as hate speech is protected under the First Amendment.

However, it's well documented that the FBI have subpoenaed several Kiwis before for computer-related crimes where Jersh had to comply with the feds where he had to snitch on some of the Kiwis in order to save his own ass.

If the feds are holding off doing anything to Kiwi Farms, it's only because it serves as a honeypot to catch any retarded Kiwis that glowpost too close to the Sun and Jersh is probably a fed plant by now.

last i checked there were multiple other places they could use, kiwifarms has a deep DM suite and null admits lots of users just stick to that, and the charlie kirk shooter was a fan of STEAM's internal DM system.

Patrick Tomlinson's trolls mostly came from the Opie and Anthony Forums instead of Kiwi Farms. KF was and is not the place to go if you wanted content since it was mostly reposts from ONA. Like they had a thread at one point where you would post the conversations you had with the guy since he was dumb enough to never change his phone number until he got involved in this lawsuit (I assume a lawyer told him to). But even they also would ban people who would try and meet him IRL, and those guys went over to Twitter or wherever. Supposedly the guy actually swatting him was involved with the Torswats stuff, and was the same guy who was swatting e-celebs.

For Josh's part, he barely had any interaction with the guy because he hated the Opie and Anthony crowd.

You are thinking of Russell Greer, who has yet to decisively win his copyright lawsuit for those songs against Kiwi Farms but probably will.

Patrick Tomlinson won such a big payout against the city of Milwaukee because they failed to properly respond to him being swatted dozens of times. One of the actual perpetrators (or someone linked to them), Alan "Torswats" Filion, is currently in prison. That said, you can always download his books from Kiwi Farms because multiple people have posted them there.
